Clinical supervision for Colorado LPCCs working toward full licensure, in person in Denver or virtual anywhere in the state. Not just a signature on your hours log, but real time to think out loud, get honest feedback, and grow into the clinician you actually want to be.

IN SUPERVISION
How our time is spent
Every supervisee brings something different. Here’s what we’ll dig into.
01
Your cases. What’s happening between you and your client, not just for them, and what that means for your next session.
02
What gets stirred up in you. Some clients land closer to home than others. We’ll name it, so it informs your work instead of quietly steering it.
03
Ethics, risk, and the gray areas. Boundaries, consent, safety concerns, and documentation that protects you and your clients. No question is too basic.
04
Your clinical identity. Which approaches fit how you think, where you want to specialize, and the career you want once the hours are done.
WHO SUPERVISION IS FOR
Supervision with me might be a good fit if:
You’re an LPCC in Colorado working toward full licensure.
You want a supervisor who will be honest with you, not just reassuring.
You’re drawn to anxiety, relationship, or grief work and want to go deeper with it.
You want someone outside your workplace who can look at your work with fresh eyes.
You don’t need to have it figured out before you start. Figuring it out is the work.
How it works

MEET YOUR SUPERVISOR
Tori Brothers, LPC, NCC
I’ve been practicing since 2021, starting in higher levels of care before moving into outpatient work at an agency and opening Tori Brothers Therapy in Denver in 2026. Along the way I logged 3,000 supervised hours of my own, delivered clinical onboarding training for new therapists, and led an ethics CE training.
My clinical work is rooted in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, and I bring that same lens to supervision. I’ll be warm, and I’ll be direct.

We keep an hour log together, toward your Colorado LPC licensure.
-
Yes. We'll sign a written supervision agreement before we start, so expectations are clear from day one.

No. Supervision focuses on you as a clinician. When something personal comes up, we'll look at how it's showing up in your work, and I'm glad to help you find a therapist if you want to explore it further.
-
Not yet. I'm starting with individual supervision and plan to add a group that meets twice a month down the road.

The hours count. So does the support behind them.
